Bespoke Calligraphy Mugs

• Select your hand preference, i.e. left-handed or right-handed. Text 1 will always be printed on the side that faces you as you hold the mug. For example, if you order a right-handed mug, Text 1 will be printed to face you as you hold the mug with your right hand.
   
• Select which side(s) you want your bespoke text(s) to be printed on, or if you would like a wrap-around print.
   
• Please note that if your bespoke text is short and you select the wrap-around option, it may not be possible for your text to go all the way around the mug, but it will be positioned so the text is an equal distance away from the mug handle on each side. We recommend the wrap-around print option for bespoke texts of at least 10 characters if you want to achieve decent circumferential coverage with Arabic calligraphy.
   
• Please note that if your bespoke text is long and you select the one-sided or two-sided print options, it may not be possible for your text to fill one or more sides of the mug vertically, but it will be resized to ensure all of the text is viewable when looked at directly from that side. We recommend the one-sided or two-sided print options for bespoke texts of no more than 10 characters if you want to achieve decent vertical coverage with arabic calligraphy.
   
• Select whether you would like your bespoke text to be printed in Arabic Calligraphy or in English font or both.
   
• Enter your desired bespoke text in either English letters or Arabic letters, and we will print it onto your mug in Arabic calligraphy or English font depending on your language selection. We will translate your English text into Arabic and vice versa, where necessary.
   
• If you have a non-Arabic name that you would like spelled in a certain way in Arabic, please write it with Arabic letters in the appropriate text box. Similarly, if you have an Arabic name that you would like spelled in a certain way in English, please write it with English letters in the appropriate text box. 
   
• We can send you a digital confirmation of your design before we print it if you would like us to. If this is the case, you MUST leave us a message with your order asking us to do so. This may mean a slight delay in your order being shipped as we await your confirmation. If you forget to leave us a message, please message us via our website contact form or Instagram page, as soon as possible.
