RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

This policy is only applicable to orders made through our website, or by redirection to our website from any other platform. Returns/exchanges for purchases made via other platforms must be done through their built-in functionality.
 

To start a return/exchange request for orders made through our website, the quickest and most efficient method is by messaging us via our WhatsApp business contact number (+447706412943). If you can not use WhatsApp, you may use our website contact form which can be found through the menu of our website.
 

Returns & exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of you receiving your order, and then you have another 14 days to ensure the item is returned to us. This means we must receive your return on or before the 14th day after you made a request for return. To initiate a return request, we require that you state the reason for the return/exchange, the item(s) that you wish to return/exchange and your order number; your return request will only be marked as initiated once that information is received. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for a response from us on WhatsApp or emails/junk mail on how to return their items.

We do NOT accept returns on clearance items.

 

We offer free returns on all items that meet the returns criteria however, you are to use and pay for your own return label from a courier of your choice. We recommend (although not a requirement) that you use a tracked service as you will be entirely responsible if your items are lost in transit. EVRi tends to be the most affordable with labels typically costing less than £3.
 

Items must be returned in their original condition with all labels attached and must be neatly packed. Items must not be worn except in the case of trying on the garment. Items must not be returned with the scent of perfume or any other scents. You must include the original order form or enclose your order number so we can link the return with your order. If we have no way to identify your return to your order, we can not issue you a refund. If the returned items arrive back to us damaged or with obvious signs of wear, a refund will not be issued. Please ensure you package the items in appropriate packaging to avoid damage via shipping.
 

A full refund will be issued for the returned items once we receive them, which typically takes 3-5 business days. Only the cost of the items will be refunded, so if you paid for shipping when you placed your order, this shipping fee will not be refunded.
 

For exchanges, you may place a new order and return the original items and you will receive a refund within 3-5 business days once we receive them. You are also welcome to exchange your items at our collection points located in IG1 and RM17 postcodes. Full address given on request.
 

For orders outside of the UK, customers are fully liable to pay for customs and any other taxes or import fees that are imposed. It is the responsibility of the customer to check what the fees may be for their country before placing their order.
